Important Notice
First of all, please understand that we are a vicarious service store of private import. So we cannot accept to return the items you ordered whatever reasons you may have.
Some items like foods may go bad or chocolate will melt in high temperature while shipping. We cannot take any care of your items after shipping.
So we cannot take any responsibility for these cases below.
- Item was rejected to import at the customs for the country's law you want to ship.
- Item was suspended at the port or airport to wait to pay the customs duties.
- Item had been lost by your local delivery service. Check your tracking number to know where is your item.
- Item was broken or went bad while shipping.
- Package of item may be broken while shipping. (Of course we try to pack carefully.)
- Product maker company recalled a defective their product.
- Item had a radical defective point.
Some items will have the warranty period. But we cannot help you to ask the product maker to fix, repair or exchange the item.
Basically our business is buying and shipping item(s) instead of you which you want to buy in Japan. We don't have any stock in advance. So some items may be out of stock when we buy them.
Our "Terms & Conditions" may be changed if necessary.

Stock & Version
We don't have any stock in advance for all items we introduce on JP FUN. We buy them in general market after your order. If we can't buy item anymore because of out of stock in market or version has been changed except changing package design, we will pay money back to your credit card through paypal.
Payments
You can pay for your purchase by your credit card through Paypal.
After all your items are ready in your basket, the button "Checkout with PayPal" will take you to Paypal's website.
Then you can use your paypal account or your credit card to pay.Shpping
All packages you ordered will be shipped using "International Parcel Post" By Japan Post Co.,Ltd.
Shipping type is airmail. And this shipping method offers tracking number and is including max 6,000 JPY insurance.

Now we can ship our item to 12 of countries United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.

- We ship the item to the address which you input on the website of PayPal to check out.
- If you would like to ship your item to other country and address, You have to inform us the new address from here within two business-days after you ordered. The limited day is shown on calendar as yellow sign located on the left side of this page.

Our regular package is
- Total of length, width and thickness is about 0.9m (90cm).
- The Total weight of items must be up to 1,980g.
Maximum weights of this shipping method is 2,000g but we must contain our document.
So if Item(s) which you ordered is very light and so many or very heavy even little, it(They) cannot contain in regular package.
In this case we will send a message within two business-days to ask you which plan you choose,
1. decrease weight or quantity.
2. cancel your order. (We pay money back to you immediately.)
3. accept to pay additional shipping charge.
We will ship item(s) after your answer and an adjustment of money.
