What is "Request Order" ?

"Request Order" system is useful way to get or buy a product(s) which sold in Japan.

Very simple way to order!

  1. You send a request mail.
    Only in English and in Japanese we support. If you send your request in another language, we will not apply at all.
  2. We search a product and make a quotation of total price which includes our charges and shipping charge.
  3. You receive quotation mail from us.
  4. If you agree the price, reply to us.
  5. We make a Invoice through PayPal.
  6. Please pay through Paypal.
  7. We will buy a products instead of you and send them away to your address!

regulation

We can accept your request only when total price of products is JPY10,000 or over.

Our handling charge must be 30% of product's price.

Our packing charge is JPY1,000 a shipping box.

If product's price is JPY8,000, Sorry we can't help you.

If product's price is JPY20,000 and it can be contain in one shipping box, our handling charge is JPY6,000 and packing charge is JPY1,000.

Total price is JPY27,000+shipping charge.

Your shipping charge is up on the destination and number and size of box and each weight.

NOTICE

Please understand that we are a vicarious service store of private import. So you must know what item or product you can import and how much it costs a tax to import to your country. This information must be check by yourself.
